Roshan’s mission is to help move people and organizations from where they are to where they want to be and unlock their potential to maximize their performance.

He is a Hong Kong-born, Singapore-based global operations, talent, and organizational development professional and scholar with around 20 years of experience in individual, team, and business change and transformation.

Roshan has broad and deep international experience having lived in the US, the UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore and worked in approximately 40 countries across all continents facilitating leadership programs, change management initiatives, and senior leader summits, including in 10 countries across Asia.

He works for a global technology company and has a Doctorate in Adult Learning & Leadership and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. His doctoral dissertation focused on the application and development of transformational leadership in Chief Executive Officers.
